We'd like to invite you to attend the 2009 VTLS Users' Group meeting, being held again this year in Blacksburg, VA on March 19-20. Training is being offered at VTLS headquarters on Wednesday, March 18 (please see attached schedule). We will hold two social events for attendees to the conference: on Wednesday we will have a wine and cheese reception, and on Thursday there will be another fun event (TBA). Fees will remain the same as they were last year: 100 dollars for the Wednesday training day, and 75 dollars for the VUG meeting. Additional custom training is available at VTLS on Monday and Tuesday at VTLS' regular training rates, if desired (please contact Sandy Boone for more information). The VUG meeting will be held at the Inn at Virginia Tech. This year's keynote speaker will be librarian and writer Karen Schneider of the blog Freerange Librarian and Equinox Software, and there will also be interesting and informative presentations by other VUG members and by VTLS staff. The Inn at Virginia Tech has a block of rooms set aside for attendees to the meeting. When you make your reservations, simply mention that you are with the VTLS Users' Group meeting, and you will get the special room rate of 77 dollars per day for a single room. Training for VTLS User Group Meeting

March 19-20, 2009 For the first time, we are offering two days of open training. We can provide any customized training needed. This can be workflow issues, product training, upgrades and or customizing your existing iPortal. If you are interested in scheduling customized training, please contact Sandy Boone at boones@vtls.com.
